Robert Ketter, 1969 Graduate of St. Norbert College, West DePere, Wisconsin. U.S. Army 1971 Armor Officer Basic Course, Fort Knox, Kentucky. After returning from training joined the U.S. Army Reserve and was hired by Hayssen Manufacturing, Sheboygan, Wisconsin as Product supervisor. Promoted to Field Sales Representative January 1973 and covered territory in Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, and parts of Iowa.
In 1973 was hired as a Sales Engineer by Pneumatic Scale Corporation for their office in Oak Brook, Illinois covering parts of Chicago area, Western Wisconsin, Minnesota, and the Dakota’s. In 1979 he left to become a Manufacturer’s Representative selling engineered components to some of the largest companies in the Wisconsin area. In 1992 he bought a small steel fabricating business and grew it to five times the original size. Moved business from an 11,000 square feet to a facility over 31,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Sold business to Metals USA in 1998. Since 2000 he has served as a sales and marketing consultant to firms in the energy conservation industry in the Northeast United States.
